and guidelines for the management of HDC Ltd If the High Court of Tanzania rule in favour of Haydom Development Company Ltd and the company can continue the important work that was in good progress in 2006 when HDC Ltd was removed from Mulbadaw and CMSC on orders from Norway, these policies are to be reviewed and used as guidelines for HDC Ltd again.
Proposed future of Basotu Plantation 2008-2012 Haydom Development Company Ltd has alone and later in a joint effort with another company attempted to buy Basotu Plantation. Neither HDC Ltd nor any other bidder has succeded in buying the plantation, of reasons not quite understood by any of the stakholders. However, the document gives a good impression of how HDC wants to work.
